LYDIA

Since living in France, Morocco, and Zimbabwe, Lydia found a home in New York and attained her position at Maison Rouge. She began working at Maison Rouge in 2010, where she continues to share her expertise and talent in make-up application, skincare, and eyebrow shaping.

What drew Lydia to Maison Rouge was its core concept: a friendly atmosphere that provides its clients with not only a personalized, one-on-one experience, but also a place where they feel more beautiful from the inside out.

Her philosophy when it comes to applying makeup is less is more. As an artist she creates a warm mature look that leaves an impression of elegance.

Lydia is a graduate of Wilfred Academy in New York City. She has been trained by companies such as Yves Saint Laurent, Darphin, and Chanel. Lydia has also trained under Laura Mercier. 

KATYA

Born and raised in Southern Russia, an area renowned for its numerous spa’s, health retreat’s, healing mineral waters, and natural beauty Katya grew up with a passion for healthy skin. As a teenager, Katya naturally gravitated towards the beauty of clear, healthy skin, and her professional training began at the school of cosmetology, while still in high school. 

Upon completing her degree in psychology at the Moscow State University, Katya traveled to the US to continue her training and experience as a professional Aesthetician. Katya spent 5 years at the prestigious Canyon Ranch Spa in Lenox Massachusetts, an experience that culminated with a 6-month tour/contract at their Spa aboard the Queen Mary II.   

After returning from these amazing travels and spending another year in Northampton, Massachusetts, running her own business, Katya finally decided it was time to move to New York City. 

Katya’s skill and experience has allowed her to work in many exclusive Spas’ and permitted her to gain extensive knowledge in aspects of skincare including the Medi-Spa Industry. 

And last, but not least, Katya is a certified Reiki practitioner and a devoted scholar of energy healing. Incorporating such techniques in each of her treatment is beneficial to overall result and feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
